New Healing-Focused Community Collaboration

In a time of deep societal fragmentation and individual struggle, one core truth emerges: community heals . Community Collaboration LA is a new project in Los Angeles’ Koreatown neighborhood seeking to bring that truth to life through an intentional living community centered on housing, healing and hope.

“We believe that whatever the problem, community is key to the solution.”

That conviction fuels the vision behind this transformative new initiative. Set in a spacious 4,100-square-foot home with 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 ADUs, and a welcoming common area, the house will serve as the heart of a new trauma-informed community. Community members may include people experiencing trauma from being unhoused, survivors of domestic violence and those seeking asylum while at risk of unlawful detainment and deportation. Additionally, special attention will be focused on social service frontline workers who have experienced trauma and may also be experiencing housing insecurity.
